Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 8–13 business days to the USA, 8–15 business days to Canada and 7–12 business days to Australia.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are shown in US dollars. If you order from Canada or Australia, your bank will convert the amount to your local currency.
How do I track my order?
You'll get tracking information once your order ships. Tracking can take some time to update after the first carrier scan.
How do I choose the right option?
Each product page lists the available options, such as size, color or set. If you're not sure which one fits your space, contact us before ordering and we'll help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible through Contact Us with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return. Full returns policy.
