How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery estimates are 5–10 business days to the USA, 7–14 business days to Canada, 7–14 business days to Europe, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Tracking can take some time to update after the first carrier scan.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible through Contact Us with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.
Who pays for a return?
The customer pays the return shipping cost for an approved return.
How long do I have to request a return?
Returns may be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
