How to Start a Return
Contact our support team through Contact Us and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the applicable return instructions.
Return Shipping
The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. Please do not send a return until we have provided the applicable return instructions and return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will process any eligible refund to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
Items materially damaged after delivery through misuse, modification or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.
